We work with 10 sewing units in Izmir with a daily capacity of 1,000-2,000 pcs each. The number and capacity of sewing units that we collaborate with changes according to order quantity and delivery dates.
All garments are quality controlled by our in-house QC team prior shipment.
All ironing and packaging carried out on site.

Garment Dyed, Enzyme/Stone washed, Cool Pigment, Moon washed T-shirts & Sweatshirts. Special treatments, eg: Tie dye & All over spray prints, Hand embroidery, beading, pearls, embellishments.
Primarily circular knitted fabrics in all weights and finishess: 100% organic/non-organic jersey, pique, fleece, interlock, mercerized pique, Oxford pique, jacquard interlocks, Milano rib, Caddy knits in 100% Cotton or Cotton/Polyester, Cotton/Elasthane, Viscose/Elasthane, Modal/Elasthane, Bamboo/Cotton/ Elasthane, Cotton/wool, Cotton/silk, Cotton/linen, Tencel, Velour, Polar fleece, Poly/viscose Terry. Fashion knits with lurex yarns, denims, poplins and gabardines. Various meshes are also used as combination fabrics. All fabrics upplied with Oekotex or GOTS certificates where relevant.

Özsimge has GOTS Organic Certificate from Control Union which enables us to produce a wide variety of organic garments. This Certificate is renewed annually.
NBC UNIVERSAL Certificate – awarded in 2020.
Özsimge has SMETA-4 certificate from SEDEX.
Özsimge primarily manufactures for well-known, high-end brands who design and provide patterns for their Collections.
